About the Role:
- Implementing appropriate lesson plans for 2-year-olds
- Foster a safe and welcoming classroom environment
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play. Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Supervise children during activities and ensure their safety
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance their learning experience.
- Stay up to date with state-required training.
- 12 months of experience working with children in a BFTS Licensed Childcare Center.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching
- CPR and First Aid certification required (we will help you get this)
- Background check clearance required
- Ability to work from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday
- CDA or TCC preferred but not necessary.
